Si, hablamos Español! And 13 other languages, including sign language.
You do not need to speak English to receive medical care. We have more than 10,000 Spanish-speaking patients. We have more than 3,500 patients who don’t speak Spanish or English. We care for patients from 60 countries. Our patients speak 35 different languages.
In our offices, we have interpreters who speak Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, French, Hindi, Kirundi/Kinyarwanda, Masalit, Nepali, Somali, Spanish, Swahili and Tigrinya.
Our centers can connect you by phone with interpreters who speak more than 200 languages. Our medical interpreters can help you make appointments. They can also help you understand your care.
When you visit any of our centers, ask for an interpreter. When you call us, ask for an on-site interpreter. If someone who speaks English calls on your behalf, they should ask for an interpreter to be at the appointment.
Baltimore Medical System does not share patient information with immigration authorities.
