Tracie Lefevre serves as the Vice President of Development and Community Relations at Baltimore Medical System, where she leads strategic fundraising, partnership development, and community engagement initiatives in support access to high-quality healthcare for all. Tracie brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, with a career dedicated to advancing education, health, and social impact.
Prior to joining Baltimore Medical System, she served as Vice President of Early Childhood Programming at the Y in Central Maryland, where she oversaw regional early learning strategy and program expansion. Tracie also held the role of Director of Development at Teach For America – Baltimore, driving philanthropic growth to support educational quality across the city.
