Affordable healthcare for all
We will help you, even if you can’t pay
We make it easy and affordable to get the care you need. Our Health Benefits Advisors can tell you if you qualify for discounts. We can also help you apply for free or low-cost programs. If you are uninsured, we can help you apply for medical coverage.
Sliding fee scale discounts
A “sliding fee scale” means that we can adjust the cost of your office visits and medications. The cost changes based on the size of your family and your household income.
To apply, you must provide the following:
- A valid ID for all family members applying for the discount
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Driver’s License
- State ID card
- Photo ID from Casa de Maryland
- Official School Enrollment Letter
- Consulate Cards
- Your 1040 Federal Tax Return (if applicable)
And one of the following:
- Last two pay stubs
- Award or benefit letter from the government
- Letter from employer on company letterhead stating wages
- Two unemployment stubs
If you do not have these items, call us for other options. You can call any of our centers at the phone numbers listed below.
Our pharmacies accept most prescription plans, medical assistance plans and discount programs. These programs can cut your medication costs or give them to you for free if you qualify. Learn more.
